Our Foundation
The Diplomat Center is a Word-based teaching organization. We believe that sustainable change doesn't happen by accident; it requires intention. Our foundation is built on the commitment to love, honor, empathy, and community responsibility.
We exist to guide individuals toward becoming productive members of society who do not just exist, but actively transform the environments they inhabit.

We have identified that the core pathway to restoring personal relationships is Self-Awareness
When an individual understands who they are, how they function, and how their actions affect others, they can begin to revitalize their relationships. This internal work is the key to restoring balance, security, and safety to the entire human family.
Leadership
Leadership
LP (Like Paul) is a performing artist, a youth advocate, a licensed barber, an educator, a motivational speaker, life coach and published author. He is a Miles College alumnus and a graduate of Alabama College of Barber Instruction. He has a certification in leadership from the Faith Chapel School of Leadership, a certification in Religious Trauma Studies from The Global Center for Religious Research and he has earned a ministry license from Pastor Michael D. Moore of Faith Chapel Birmingham.
As a Stellar Award nominated artist, LP has performed for and has spoken to youth and young adults across the country for 20 plus years. He has been recognized and awarded with the Official Seal of the City of Birmingham, Alabama by Mayor William Bell, for community service. LP has been both a volunteer and an employee in the private school sector, for Birmingham City Schools and Jefferson Co. Schools, where has been recognized and awarded for numerous accomplishments, over the years for his musical talent and community service.
